Pay rate is dependent on skill level which is determined by the paint test.
Full Time 5:30am-6:00pm (12-hour shifts Thursday-Saturday, work 36 get paid for 40).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution.
- Preparation of industrial equipment for painting.
- Production painting of large steel components/equipment.
- Ability to mix and apply paint with air assisted airless spray system.
- Experience wearing PPE gear.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment according to company procedures.
- Ensure working environment is clean and safe.
- Ability to meet production standards.
- Maintain good attendance record and be able to work overtime as needed.
- Maintain good safety record.
- Maintain positive attitude.

- Experience with spray painting equipment in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of how clean and maintain equipment.
Education And/Or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or relative experience and/or training for job classification.
Mathematical Skills:
- Depending on job classification, may require basic math and/or tape measure reading.
- Depending on job classification, may require ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving many variables in standard and complex situations.
